No ifs, no buts, these people are the business. Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional, other organisations engaged in conveyancing should learn from the Warner Goodman model. Ignorance is not polite

I was advised during a complaints procedure regarding an education complaint at a college that my next step was to take legal advice. When I first contacted Warner Goodman, they were really good. I explained my position to a Manager who confirmed my matter with a Solicitor who phoned me back. I went into further details with the Solicitor who confirmed she would be willing to help and would send me an email, but did not say what it would detail, I assume some kind of form? Days passed by, so I phoned again and was re-assured of a call back the next day because the Solicitor was in court. No call came, instead I got an email from the Manager saying they could no longer advise me on this occasion. It made no sense to me so I detailed my full request in writing and sent it to them, but they never even bothered acknowledging it, let alone replying to me! Thank-you for this feedback David. I would be happy to discuss the matter with you providing there is an agreed path for resolution regarding the original legal issue. I simply do not have time for a discussion with regards to the removal or editing of the review. Please let me know if you have availability?

Warner Goodman has helped with our property move twice with in the last 2 years the service they provide is to the highest of standard, they made an extremely stressful process manageable and made the process so much easier from start to finish. Avoid for London property

Unresponsive and seemed wholly unaware of the detail of buying a flat in London. It quickly became clear that i was researching ideas and proposing ways forward, while WG just seemed to find reasons not to act / do anything. I ended up switching conveyancers.

Poor service throughout deceiving time

Poor service throughout deceiving time, consuming overcharged lackadaisical no regards poor communication throughout and yet with no to the conclusion of my case the solicitor's expectation of 10k from a client whom they don't have the skill or interest to help. They need to be reported and investgated.
