I will be heading over to Istanbul next month (October), my coordinator Melis Sunar has been very helpful. She gave me the information I needed, helped with any questions I have and continues to support me to this day.

My revision rhinoplasty is scheduled for the end of December. Until then, I am in constant contact with my coordinator Melis. She provided me with all the information about the clinic, accommodation and transfer, promptly answers all my questions, she is very friendly and polite. I hope my surgery will be successful.

My daughter had ears pinned back by Dr Serkan Gokpinar at Gözde hospital. From first contact Busra Turhan was absolutely amazing, she was on the ball from start to finish answering all our questions and keeping us reassured. Dr Serkan Gokpinar was absolutely great and very professional . The whole process was explained in English through an interpreter (sorry can’t remember his name ) Dutch man he was really lovely. Surgery went perfect and we all looking forward to seeing full results when fully healed. We were collected from airport taken to hospital which is fabulous and all transfers from hospital to hotel were included also . Definitely recommend Dr Serkan and Gözde hospital

Had my gastric sleeve in Izmir. Alp was my coordinator with my friends and me. Any questions we had, he answered straight away. He even visited us in the hotel before we returned home. Alp has always been really helpful and would definitely recommend as a coordinator

I booked to have Gastric Sleeve in May of this year, spoke to a lovely guy called Devrim who was very helpful. I paid my deposit and then flew out on the 14th Sept to have my surgery on the 16th. I booked to have it done with Dr Mehmet Deniz at the premier hospital. He was so friendly, clearly brilliant at his job and very skilled. The whole experience was fantastic, the medical team were very professional and the hospital was very clean. Victor was excellent and very caring. Devrim came to see me twice too! The surgery went well and I’m very pleased. I was very impressed with all the pre-op tests and the whole experience. The only thing they need to improve on is the nurses could have been better, speaking English would help a lot as the communication wasn’t great. They didn’t listen to you much, if you asked for something you could be waiting ages for it to be done. Some of them were a bit rude and not very caring. It’s a shame because the rest of my experience was really wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to others who are thinking of booking.

My coordinator ALP has been very helpful throughout the full process. ALP answered all of the questions given to hin lm and all information needed was given to me. ALP even visited us at the hotel the day before we were leaving to go home. I can't recommend ALP enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I have just had lens replacement at Gozde Hospital Izmir.I now have 20/20 vision after being unable to see hardly anything for a decade.I stayed in their lovely hotel and was taken by car for all my appointments.I always had an interpreter with me and I wish I had done it years ago

Dr.Mehmet Deniz and his team were on top of everything from the day I contacted them. My Co-ordinator Devrim was so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and queries and also reassured me that the surgery would go as I was expecting it to go. Devrim was replying 24/7 everytime I needed anything and very professional . I could clearly see that he has so much knowledge and patience, which is very important and essential.Even now after getting back home, I am still in contact with him and getting all the support I needed so quickly and promptly. The communication was indeed 10/10 and this was very important considering it was done online. I did my research a lot when it comes to choosing the best surgeon I could have and that got me to Dr.Mehmet Deniz, who is the best in his field, having so many years of experience, great achievements and accomplishments. I am glad I chose him and his team because my experience was beyond my expectations. From the day I got into the hospital till the day I got discharged, everyone took care of me so well. The nurses were so friendly and always helped me so quickly with everything I needed. Victor guided me from the start during the whole process with patience and care! The hospital is next level when it comes to the facilities and equipment they have and is spotless when it comes to hygiene! I could see that from the moment I entered and the care I got during my stay is premium care and something you don't find that often in other hospitals. I was surprised to see what the hospital has to offer and how advanced it is. I am beyond grateful for Dr.Mehmet Deniz and his powerful team. They are wonderful! I totally recommend from all my heart doing the surgery with him. My recovery was better than I expected and everything went smoothly( considering I am very sensitive, and I was anxious about this whole process) but it was less painful than I thought, and I had a quick recovery when following all their guidance and advice!
