Exceeded my expectations

Im Manchester based, I booked on to have my gastric sleeve with burcin my coarnator and she was lovley she had an answer for evrything, nothing was a silly question she was so very helpful throughout my journey. My whole experience was excellent, I had the economy package and they are all very thorough. I had no complications and I'm 3 months post opp best decision for my wellbeing and health. Thsnk you x

I am less than 2 weeks away from my op…

I am less than 2 weeks away from my op and so far my experience has been fantastic. Burcin Öztürk has been excellent giving me all the information I'll need, everything is very thoroughly thought through. I will update after my op!

When booking my surgery I was told I would have luxury transfer when I arrive. Transfer was nowhere to be seen and luxury isn’t what we had. We had a dusty old minibus take us to the hotel.. when we arrive at the hotel it took a very long time for us to be checked in. They didn’t seem to have our names on the system. We was meant to stay at the hotel for two nights but only ended up staying there one night and then was told I need to go to the hospital for an extra night for blood tests and a ECG when I arrived at the hospital I had a blood test and was not given an ECG the next day the surgeon explained what he was going to do and the markings on my body. I thought I would have time to have a look at what implants I would be having and discuss the size. I would want. I originally told him I would like to go back to my original size which was a double D. This wasn’t the case I was then told to get changed it to my down. I was going down to see the consultant. Next thing I know I was waking up the surgery had been done. I’d had tummy tuck and breast lift and implants. When waking up after the surgery I had a lot of drains in they wanted me up straight away to walk. This wasn’t an issue. I understood why this was important. They helped out the process pulled out a lot of blood over. The bedsheets were not changing and I was left in these bedsheets were remaining time I was in hospital.. I was in a lot of pain and was finding it hard to breathe due to my asthma. I kept telling the nurses I’m in a lot of pain and my breathing and chest is really tight. They did not seem to care and all I was told was this is normal…: I was made to feel like I was complaining on that ward. There were several other things that I wasn’t happy with two nurses would give you medication or change cannula dressings without wearing gloves and leave dirty things in the room…. There was never any help around when I needed it even when I push the buzzer I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. When I got to see my new breast for the first time I noticed the left one wasn’t sitting right and it was a lot more painful than the right breast. When I spoke to the surgeon about it again I was told it was normal and I needed to massage the implant down and it would gradually fall into place and my dress would sit right…: this however is still not the case a couple of months after surgery I’ve tried to contact the hospital coordinator and the surgeon and yet to have no reply. I have had to cancel a holiday and have extra time of work which is incurred extra expenses. I have also had a whole open up on my right breast again the hospital or the surgeon are not interested. …. The after-care and the hygiene at this hospital was disgusting. When returning to the hotel for a couple of days arrest I met with other people there who had also had a bad experience or made to feel the way I did. We have all complained on numerous occasions and not one of us has been taken seriously….. I feel like I’ve been botched, I didn’t get the surgery I asked for all the after-care. I was promised. I am now left with wonky boobs at a size c not a double d.

Alles war top. Ich bin selbst hingeflogen und habe mir einige Krankenhäuser vor Ort angeschaut und mich für Özel Saglik entschieden. Das Krankenhaus ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Zimmer ähneln eher ein 5 Sterne hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und in takt. Die Beratung vorher und nacher sehr gut. Ich wurde nach 3 Tagen entlassen und ab Tag 5 konnte ich langsam aber sicher komplett schmerzfrei durchs Leben gehen. Nun bin ich am Tag 11 nach OP und habe bereits - 9 KG . Die Beraterin Frau Pinar steht einem bei Fragen jederzeit zur Seite. Herr Dr. Deniz ist ein sehr guter Arzt den man nur guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann.

Great to experience!

I have had a great experience with this company, starting at the beginning with my coordinator Devrim, he was very helpful, he gave me all the relevant information and more regarding the procedure I was enquiring about. Devrim was always quick to reply to me messages, and didn’t mind me asking all the questions I had, even going away to find the answers when needed and coming straight back to me when he had the information. I didn’t feel any pressure at all and Devrim was very patient with me until I made the final decision to have my Gastric Sleeve surgery. Communication is great and I would highly recommend! I felt very looked after at the hospital from start to finish, and the care is second to none. I was worried about the language barrier but it really was no problem at all, google translate was our best friend and helped us everyday. I am currently 10 weeks post op and at 3 stone loss I am very happy with the results so far!
