Ich hatte vor Kurzem eine Schönheitsoperation und möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen teilen. Zunächst einmal war ich äußerst zufrieden mit dem Schönheitschirurgen. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um all meine Fragen zu beantworten und war sehr sympathisch. Seine Antworten waren verständlich und beruhigten meine Bedenken. Der Fahrer, der mich vom Hotel zum Krankenhaus brachte, war äußerst pünktlich und zuvorkommend. Die Fahrt verlief reibungslos, und ich fühlte mich sicher und gut aufgehoben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Leistungen unserer Dolmetscherin, Duygu. Sie war eine ausgezeichnete Übersetzerin und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für meine Anliegen. Ihre herzliche Art trug dazu bei, dass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts wohl fühlte und alles reibungslos verlief. Das Krankenhaus selbst verdient ebenfalls Lob. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, und die Versorgung war erstklassig. Insgesamt war ich mit allen Aspekten meiner Erfahrung äußerst zufrieden und kann die gesamte Betreuung nur empfehlen. I flew in from London and was taken to the hospital to get septorhinoplasty done. The hotel room and hospital room I stayed in were both very spacious, clean and comfortable. My consultant, Yagmur, was very helpful during the process, it helped knowing she had gotten surgery done not too long ago. My surgeon, Dr Damla, was amazing, she was very informative before and after the procedure and answered any questions I had. I'm happy with the procedure, everyone was kind and accommodating.

Melis sunar was my contact from booking, she was unbelievable and led me through the whole process. After discovering an ulcer the first time and having to go back (free) she helped me so much. 10days post op and honestly the best thing I have done

Fantastic experience from the start. Our coordinator Melis Sunar was exceptional, any queries Melis was able to deal with by contacting Dr Ergin Arslan. They ask about all your medical background, weight before excepting you. Arrival to Turkey, we had transfers to and from the Airport, hospital and hotel which was organised before departure. Pre ops were thorough, blood tests, OGDs, ECG, scans and breathing tests to ensure patients were fit for surgery. Aftercare from the staff at the hospital were outstanding, most staff spoke good English and we were well looked after. My friend and my self both have the Gastric Sleeve and had a great experience. My way hotel is 5 star, shame we couldn’t stay longer!

The company was very helpful. Easy to book with the co-ordinator. The co-ordinator always got straight back to me and was very helpful with any question I had, The whole experience was very well managed from start to finish

I've just returned home after gastric sleeve by Dr Mehmet kemiksiz also was looked after by Dr Aslan,I cannot fault these doctors,they are not just in it for the Money really look after your health,I had to have my operation postponed for 2 days,due to still taking medication I should of stopped,but after all the upset it was worth it,my travel Co ordinator seren went above and beyond to help me through the months leading up to and while I was there,answering questions,that really should of being answered by my medical Co ordinator saida davlatzoda,who took days to answer anything,was not helpful to me at all,I have no pleasure in writing this about her,but it's the true,apart from that a wonderful team

I’ve honestly had a fantastic experience from making enquiries, booking the consultation/operation to flying home and after care. Cannot fault Cahide Doğa, my consultant, who has helped with any queries I’ve had & still does to this day. Highly recommend anyone considering this life changing decision. Best one I’ve ever made!

Been in contact with Cahide through out my booking and she has been amazing. Due to a family emergency we had to rearrange our dates for sleeve surgery and when I contacted her I didn’t feel that it was a problem at all. She has answered any question no matter how big or small and I have always had a reply with in 12 hours

Its a week before my surgery so this review is about my consultation with Cahide. She has been wonderful and very caring over the last 10 months. I feel like we have build a good report and I feel safe and comfortable because of her.
