Company took my payment knowing there was no item to sell as it is also showing on Amazon, not available. Had an email saying they have cancelled my order! However I am still waiting for my payment which has not yet been refunded! My payment should have been refunded straight away!

Long waiting time here on delivery, seems to be high in demand. However the support was always responsive giving updates and the bamboo unit was worth the wait. Happy customer

Advertised availability of a product that wasn’t available and after buying 6 of these, I then had to wait days for a refund. Please update your stock software.

6 days after ordering and product still not arrived. Your website quotes 2-5 days. This is xmas present so will not be here in time for 25th....and £15 postage costs! Why are you sending me a review request when I have not yet seen what I bought?
