In person or online, Brush is the salon to support!

I always love my experiences with Brush. I started going in 2017, and now that I’ve moved away, I do my best to order from them when I can. Their in person and online service is always amazing and I especially love that their packaging is environmentally friendly!! Can’t wait to pop in next time im in town :)

I had an issue recently with an order…

I had an issue recently with an order of products that I bought online and was sent to me. The box was leaking product when I picked it up, and as I opened it everything was a mess. I messaged Brush immediately about this asking for a return label to send these products back. The response from Brush was immediate and supportive. They rectified this situation by sending me a shipping label to send the products back and sending me a new order of products right away. Their customer service is impeccable.

Love!

The product arrived in a beautiful package in great condition in a very timely manner. The only thing that was dissatisfying was that I had accidentally ordered shampoo when I had meant to order conditioner. Immediately upon notification that the product had shipped, I emailed that I had made the mistake and would I be able to purchase a bottle of the conditioner at the sale price as well. That email was never answered.
