Just received my daytona

Just received my daytona. Unbelievable service from beginning to end. Loads of advice from the lads what to get and would work best for me. Contact everyday with timelines provided. 100% recommend these lads and will be back to them for another. My son is about to order one for himself. 5 stars. Thanks Max and Marcus. Fantastic company and product

Fantastic watches and even better customer service. I originally received my Seiko submariner, and I was impressed by the quality of the item. So much so that my son ordered a Seiko royal oak, and my friend also ordered a watch too. Customer services were happy to answer any questions I had and were fast to respond to emails. Already looking to purchase another watch from them.

The service and help from premium time was absolutely amazing,I highly recommend them,the watch I purchased was awesome and packed with care I also liked the case it arrived in to keep it protected during delivery and for future storage when your not wearing the watch. No communication and delays

Ordered watch as a gift in December for Christmas. Received confirmation when ordering was placed, however after that it was radio silence. I tried contacting by emailing two different addresses, Facebook, live chat on the website. Communication was poor, when I finally got some information and tracking details I saw the shipment was not local and was coming from across the world. To make matters worse the courier in the UK missed collecting my parcel delaying even further before it finally reached me in mid Jan. Overall it was a very stressful experience, not something I wish to endure again.
