If I could give a zero I would. I contracted with them back in November 2021 for a 4-15 second 3D clips - Total of $2499. 00 paid. They gave me a money back guarantee contract, and said the first video would be complete before the holidays in December. Then they missed the deadline and said it was because their office got hacked and they lost everything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until they promised me delivery by April 7th or my money back in full without any argument. On the 7th they again emailed an unfinished video and claimed they had delivered. I requested my money back and they just ignored me. After texting and emailing they just stopped communicating with me. So now they didn't deliver the first video, and they kept my money. If you wanna see this companies REAL REVIEWS - Go TO YELP. They mask all their crap reviews with other sites, but YELP tells the true story. Tip for consumers: DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!!!! They sign a money back guarantee contract, but they do not honor it. UPDATE: 7/20/22 - THIS RESPONSE FROM VIDEOJEEVES IS GARBAGE AND LIES! They missed the deadline by 4 months and then THEY gave me a new deadline of April 7th and they missed that deadline as well so my client pulled out, and I had to refund his money. I signed a 100% money back guarantee contract that stated all the deadlines and deliverables they missed. They say that my project doesn't qualify for the 100% money back guarantee. WHY? You screwed up not me, your servers got hacked not mine, you missed all the deadlines in the contract not me, you missed the final deadline you gave me not me, - So how does this not qualify for a 100% money back guarantee? They say its was 95% done (Yea sure 95% done is NOT 100% DONE and they set the deadline date 4 months after they already missed all the other deadline dates.) AND, I paid them $2500 for 2-30 second clips and they never delivered a final product to me ever, and didn't even bother to refund the other $1250 they just stole my money. When I disputed the transaction with my bank thy are holding up the entire process and not returning my money. ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will get 100% Guaranteed screwed! All of my statements a true and can be backed up with over 40 pages of evidence that I have. This company is asking for a huge lawsuit. I lost a large client and my money on this deal. Every good review you see IS A LIE!!!!!!!

Video Jeeves did a very nice job creating a 60 second video for us. It took much longer than we expected but to be fair we made many corrections along the way. Hats off to the project manager, Harold John, who was very patient and supportive throughout the entire process.
