I was able to work with over 6 great coaches across their vast network. They helped me with my resume, interviews, but also referred me to the corporation I finally landed a Senior VP role at. I needed to be at the top of my game in order to get selected. Parabolic’s personalized approach helped me substantially and I got many more interviews with their help. Best firm to work with if you are trying to break into the hedge fund space. I used Parabolic to help me with technical interviews for buy side roles, as I was not good at them. I was fine with the behavioral, but when it came to modeling or valuation questions, I got stuck and stumbled. Mark was a great coach and helped me a lot. I got a role at a small hedge fund after 3 months of working with Parabolic!

I admit I had my reservations at first about signing up to a course with the Parabolic as I have never done or needed to do anything like this previously. However certain circumstances regarding a previous role, had made me lose my way. Once on boarded I was assigned Proneet as my coach. Proneet has been truly exceptional, not only has he helped with my networking and LinkedIn but helped me gain my confidence and self-esteem. My experience of the process has been amazing and I couldn't recommend the course higher.

I've been a coach with Parabolic for a few months now. In general the process has been smooth. I've been matched with several smart and interesting clients, and Parabolic has provided me with helpful resources to help them succeed. One of the best things about the job is building relationships with so many talented finance professionals.

No stars! Complete scam. I was hired as a coach in an oddly quick process and after completing several sessions, I was nnot paid. They are preying on the desperation of students with H-1B Visas and charging outlandish fees. All of my students have complained to me. Stay away!

Stay away! I applied to work as a coach in mid-February and was accepted as a coach soon after without an interview. I received a generic email and was asked to use Airtable to accept clients and schedule coaching sessions. In addition, Ari (Chief Revenue Officer/Growth Product) introduced me to one client via email as well. However, I was very confused as the firm did not do an onboarding and the entire process was unclear, including the payout expectations. I expressed some concerns and Ari continued to push me to schedule coaching sessions, rather than understand and address my questions and concerns. I decided to do some research and understand this firm better. I found some reviews on TrustPilot, but these are clearly fake; there is one from the current CEO (Varun Sharat), one from a current employee (Sam Cripps), and a third one that's likely an employee or a friend (Kelly Garren) - great job not making these obvious. If you notice, almost every user review on TrustPilot has no other reviews beyond Parabloic and this is a clear flag. In response to my Google review, Kelly Garren left a 5 star review on March 13. I found some forum posts on WallStreetOasis and Fishbowl that are worth reading as well: 1) wallstreetoasis (forum/job-search/parabolic-usa-career-coaching-and-staffing-several-red-flags) 2) wallstreetoasis (orum/job-search/headhunter-review-parabolic-usacarrerllc-ie-career-coach-service) 3) fishbowlapp (post/is-parabolic-career-worth-the-money-looks-like-a-scam-coaching-service) To recap, 1) it appears that Parabolic accepts coaches without a formal interview or process, 2) there is no onboarding for coaches, 3) the online reviews appear to be fake, and 4) there are other red flags from their clients and previous employees on forums. Good luck if you do decide to work with Parabolic.
