We were helped by a young man called Alecs who could not have been more helpful. He was so polite and patient listening to all our questions and lifting big slabs to show us options side by side. We weren’t rushed and his service was exceptional.

I just purchased some tiles from DDL Tiles in Watford. I cannot tell you how easy, comfortable, knowledgeable the service was :) they are so helpful, and when a couple of my tiles were slightly damaged, they happily and willingly helped me to replace them. They were exceptional in keeping me informed after the order as to time of actual delivery. My whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Would definately recommend.

We ran out of tiles for one of the bathrooms, I called and spoke to them, they ordered me more and gave me a date for when they would be in stock. DDL is the best tile shop in our area!!! I browsed a lot and visited hundreds of them. I can confirm they provide an excellent service, the staff are very friendly, they really take your need on board. DDL offers a very fair price ( price for the same items in many others places, especially branches, noticeably higher), variety of tiles is huge there, high quality…In some way their shop is unique, I would call it a gallery.
