I'm glad so many people are happy with the service they got, I just wish I had the same service. My writer "Louis" was condescending, i asked my writer why they just sent me only half of my CV. She explained to me that my older experience wasn't needed and flat out refused again and again to include it, even on a different page. I wanted to be able to have all my C.V done just in case during the interview process if they wanted to know about my older work I'd have it on file for them to read. But she still refused, so I had to reach out to customer service and the lady told me she would get the writer to complete the C.V. Then i got another e-mail from the writer telling me how she was told i reached out to customer service and to trust her judgement, that i didn't need my full C.V. So even after all of that, she's still refusing, i go back to the customer service lady and explain that the writer is refusing still. The lady seems confused, so i read her out word for word the e-mail she sent me, i ask her to either get me another writer or just give me a refund because i wasn't happy with the service, as I'm talking she's trying to talk over me and the condescending tone starts. She completely switches her tune and talks down to me, about how they're professionals and that i paid for a service, i ask her again to get the writer to include my older work just in case it's needed. She tells me how that's a bad idea and doing so will make it so I won't get any job offers! I then tell her that I've used my half written C.V the one they've been praising so much for two months and I haven't gotten a single reply or job offer. She immediately goes quiet, back pedals and tells me the C.V will be written within two days. I can't believe i paid over a £100 for poor service and bad attitude. Incredibly unprofessional!

Seamless process end-to-end. PurpleCV communicated clearly & frequently so I was always up to date.
