Poor grammar. No understanding of how to write cover letters - including the wrong sign off of faithfully/sincerely. Feedback to Keisha in customer service was not listened to at all. I asked the CV and letter to be done. And I got the letter and LinkedIn. So many errors. I’m asking for a full refund - they wanted to redo and it’s full of other errors. I’ll use the money to go somewhere I can trust. I wouldn’t recommend. Updated next day, I was really impressed with Kirsty, acknowledged the issue and gave a sincere apology. She’s issued a full refund I believe so waiting for that. She asked me if there’s anything else the brand can do. I appreciate how she dealt with this. My advice (as an SEO specialist and content writer who’s led content strategies for one of the most reputable CV companies in the world) would be to train your staff on grammar, properly understand the clients needs and info on the CV.
