The initial process was stated as taking 3 working days, it took over 2 weeks with chase up emails from myself. I have since had to adjust the language used as it was unnecessarily convoluted and used passive non-actioned words: focus is on tasks rather than achievements. I have had the CV reviewed by a hiring professional who has advised that this CV would be thrown out as it fails to meet the requirements of ATS which 93% of hiring managers use. I have had no tangible results from this CV in 5 months of use: not a single interview. The cover letter is no better.

My writer improved the initial CV but kept sending it back with duplications of the same experience across different sections of it, due to his obvious lack of attention. I had to correct it all myself after going back and forth with him several times. I had also paid for the LinkedIN profile, but this was literally just a cut and paste of the CV, with no extra effort whatsoever. Don't bother with this extra service, not worth it!!! I wouldn't recommend them.
