My experience with Customize Jewels was absolutely the best! Great service & communication. I was a bit worried I must say as the amount I was spending was quite high! Ahbay answered all my questions and he was very patient and understanding. I had requested to make a ring custom and purchased the lab diamonds with the GIA certificate. Ahbay communicated everyday with me sending photos of the ring, the size and measurements. When my ring arrived I was absolutely stunned it was even more beautiful than the first ring I had lost some time ago! Truly a great experience.
