Not being computer or smart phone literate, modern methods of dealing with stuff such as identity and money laundering using these is a real horror. I would have liked to have a formal face to face meeting at the start of the contract. I could have brought the pieces of paper, passports and paid the deposit AND met Daniel and Nusrat. The work was completed to my total satisfaction and I appreciate the new ways of work from home etc will not easily accommodate us dinosaurs who still need servicing.
