Cordelia Grassby handled my sale and purchase all in one a last month. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised with her processes, follow ups and courteous manner. I was selling a leasehold flat with a ground rent amendment clause which happened to be with a leaseholder that took ages in most cases to get things through, Cordelia was on the case and ensured urgency was there for turnaround.
