Professional Negligence

I have contacted this law firm about a profissional negligence claim, after speaking with PNLA where they directed myself in how I can looking into a law firm that is under of my requests, I found Healys than I contacted Mr. Robert Johnson that was absolutely kind, even answered my call in the airport about to taking off for holiday, than he directed me to speak with 2 of his working colleagues, Mrs Charlotte Brown and Mr. Delwar Hussain, Mr. Delwar have send me one email, that I have replayed but forwarded that, nothing, even I tried to contacting him few times, but his line never picked up the call, than I manage to speak quickly with Mrs Charlotte, and we arrange a call for the next day, Friday 10am 18/10/2024… the call actually I am still waiting for…prior that they have asked me to send the documents, and I have send around 70% of it, and request a face to face appointment, because I have been very neglected already from a previous law firm, and that had cause a huge stress, serious health problems, and I want to make sure that I will not going true again…for just emails and phone calls, I want to discuss my case and off course be properly advised, and I think is the minimum that a lawyer can do. End of day at this this Friday 18/10/2024, I got an email from Mrs Charlotte Brown, stating that for further advice they will charge £850 plus VAT, in the beginning I replayed to her and explained that I will try to see if I can found that, but at moment it’s been quiet difficult for me, but than I remembered myself, hold on a second, that is 2 specific reasons that I have emailed this law firm… 1st: They offer a face to face appointments, depending what’s the client prefer. 2nd: Free the inicial advising, and if they client wants to proceed they will see if is able to do the no win no fee case, and other options. It’s very clear in their website, inclusive that the time is efficient and quickly, no hiding…and I guess is everything that someone need after a negligence case from a previous Lawyer…and I was so so happy with the website and all what they stated and inclusive I have reading all of the reviews before contacting, plus I have attached all the proves in the email, redirect her in the bundle case, inclusive redirect her in part of the writing reasons from the judgment and point the topics that I was been neglected under the terms of my professional. Then I questioned her about: The first inicial advice is not supposed to be free?? The reply that I have, was unbelievable unprofessional with the words… WE BELIEVE THERE IS A POTENCIAL CLAIN IN YOUR CASE, but for further advice we charge £££ for the risk assessment. And the first free advice that they meant is WE BELIEVE THERE IS A POTENTIAL CLAIN IN YOUR CASE, than I am got absolutely unhappy with that…what kind of advice is that? And even that she didn’t have 100% of documents, as I waited to speak with her, a call that didn’t happened in the day and time that she asked for… even I asked her the face to face meeting, she straight way say no no, let’s do the phone call… As Monday 21/10/2024 I didn’t heard anything back, than I followed up a complaint about the services, where they stated in their website that is useful that the clients forward the complaint against the services than the firm can always working on downs to maintain the good quality. The response from Mr. Marius Pattihis that is responsible for the complaint department, and seams to be a very renowned solicitor with many year of experience… Dear Madam Thank you for your email that I have considered, Unfortunately we will not be able to assist you with this matter. Those were the words, the arrogance is so huge that not even sorry, or even give me at latest a reasons, or asked me if I would like to waiting for Mr. Robert Johnson to coming back from holiday, and all of that is just because I questioned and requesting the services that they stated in their website???? That is because I am immigrant/woman, I am not rich, than I am not rights to requesting what they stated in their own website???

Always coming back...

I have never been disappointed by the Healys and this is why I come back to them whenever I need any legal advisory. This time, I have been advised by Aljosa and Millie and I was very satisfied. Both of them are kind, efficient and quick in responding. They've delivered a great job!

I would have no hesitation in using…

I would have no hesitation in using Healys for any future work. Daniel and his team, including Poppy, made what was a complex issue for our family very easy at a difficult time. I could let them get on with the work without thinking about it unduly, which helped me enormously and was much appreciated.

Forever Grateful First Home Buyers

We were recommended Jane Baker as our solicitor for a house purchase and we are still in disbelief how lucky we were to have her! We were first home buyers and she was so patient in dealing with any questions she had. Throughout the process, Jane was extremely proactive and always fought for our best interests before we even had the chance to ask her to do so! She was extremely professional, pleasant to deal with and unrelenting in chasing the seller and their solicitor to get what we wanted. We’re also grateful of the amazing work of her assistant Morgan too, who was so efficient, reliable and kind throughout the process. You hear so many horror stories about bad property solicitors, and we are so grateful for the service we received from Jane and Morgan. We truly feel so lucky to have worked with them and cannot commend them enough. WE LOVED WORKING WITH JANE AND MORGAN FROM HEALYS!
