Good quality blinds with a good choice of colours. Came to measure the window. Blind was fitted. Good communication throughout the process.

I gave 4 stars because the technician who came to fix the blinds had a very serious demeanor. However, the gentleman who came to take measurements and negotiate the price was lovely and knew how to approach customers in a kind and professional manner. Overall, my blinds arrived exactly as I ordered, with the correct color and design. The customer service is excellent — someone is always ready to answer the first call and respond to your needs.
