I must admit to a sense of trepidation when I started looking for a watch, as this was new territory to me, and I stumbled upon this site when doing some research into buying a pre owned watch. I liked the site, and Marcelo came across as honest, but I was still taking one step at a time, and reviewing everything, as it was a lot of money, and into a world I knew little of, except to be careful. I got lucky, in that Marcelo was open honest and very helpful, in not only guiding me through the process, but the watch is also fantastic, and when it arrived, it was exactly as described. His communication was excellent, and when there was a small problem with the courier, he kept me up to date, with what was going on. So I would have no hesitation about speaking to Marcelo, if I want another watch, or in recommending him if you are looking for help in finding a watch.He is trustworthy, honest and open. It was a pleasure to do business with him and, I hope to do so again in the future.
