I have not received my products and I have already paid I am disappointed for more than 3 weeks

The price is very good, and the website is great, organized. I had a shipping problem, but they’ve answered quite fast and with attention. So the problem was solved and they took all responsibility. They were efficient, I like that. I was afraid of being ignored but they give me 100% support!
