I was experiencing very intense lower back pain and was recommended to see Frank. I had this pain for about 6 weeks and it wouldn’t shift. Frank was amazing and talked me through everything he was doing. He even gave me advise on exercises and that I should fully stretch after each exercise I do. He was very through and I liked that he went deep into the tissue and muscles, as I was very tight especially around my left shoulder. Frank sorted out the issue and since then I have had no pain whatsoever. I would fully recommend his great services.
