It was a good buying experience

It was a good buying experience. Aztec Crystal just has numerous bugs associated with the saving of figures, and when you try to record the logs related to the app crashing, the logs are never sent to support.

Customer service was with me every step of the way

There was some kind of glitch setting up my account to be tax exempt but customer service communicated with me and were very good. As soon as I placed and order and it still had tax they would reply right away to me emails. We did not fix the problem but the customer service made me feel like they would make it right. The order came through a few months later and they have gotten back to me with the credit.

Terrible ordering and delivery

Terrible ordering and delivery: I placed an order in may, where I specifically asked for the expected lead time and updates upon any changes. The lead time was indicated to be 4 weeks, and I was promised updates in case anything changed. I did not receive any updates while the order still did not come in. I have sent multiple emails which were not responded to. Halfway September (4 months, not weeks, later) I finally received an email saying the order would be shipped. Since we were depending on the order to perform experiments and any indications of updated delivery times were lacking, our planning was completely ruined by the bad communication from Oxford. 0/5, will not order here again.

It was really nice overall!

It was really nice, overall. Good to see that you are so involved in process research. In some presentations I would push more for explaining the physics and mechanics of a technique instead of the advantages. For intsance saying "ICP-RIE gives you more homogeneous films" is not good enough. I (and many there) would like to understand why is that, which can only be understood if one explains what happens at molecular level with each one of the techinques. Also, it would be better if you don't make changes in the schedule to accomodate only a minority of of people who leave early (I also leaved early but due to the change in schedule I missed some presentatiuon interesting for me). But as said, great work in general! :)

Customer service is excellent. I work at a University and I was kept informed every step of the way in figuring out how to place an order using a purchase order with net 30 days term.

Payment for the Workshop.

It was payment for the Workshop. Unfortunately it was necessary to fill the whole form which is normally used for ordering of some equipment. That means, several not needed parts in the form, strange appearance: transportation costs (even it was just Workshop participation fee!). Later appeared taxes. I guess normally there are no additional taxes for the participation fee... Finally it was solved. But again, some later arrived the invoice telling what I need to pay! (good thayt I notices thatthere in one field was mentioned that payment done by credit card...
