Had a diamond set in a new shank supplied by them, paid in euros and incurred a charge. After a month on of the diamonds on the new shank fell out. I emailed them but had no reply. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Excellent service and always ready to help. They altered my new ring until it was almost perfect (there's still a little edge, but I was on holidays in tenerife when I bought it and I had to leave so this is not their fault). The ring is worth the money, I love it. Though I still cannot find the engraving saying it's 750 gold.
