My account ID was #RY22I Firstly, I needed to verify all my ID documents. Then verify my phone number. Then verify my email address. Then verify my crypto wallet address. Then the real fun started. They claimed my withdrawal was on hold as they 'needed to check the correctness of my bets.' There were all bets placed on live roulette, none on sports, no bonuses used. Still waiting for my withdrawal. Live chat friendly but unhelpful. All the while they're hoping I cancel my withdrawal and lose the money. Awful casino. Avoid. Going to wait out the 14 day period and if I don't receive my withdrawal lodge a complaint with casino guru.
