The arbor Jetworks web site had an item that was in stock, this turned out to be not the case. The owners sent pictures of alternative items and went out of their way to personally deliver the item.

I spotted a ring that I particularly loved, when passing the shop on a brief trip to Whitby. I contacted the shop with a picture, and they were very quick to make contact. They designed a very similar piece in the size I requested within days and posted this out quickly. It is a beautiful piece and really nice quality.
