Products are well packaged, quick delivery & very cost effective

Hello, I purchased Profhilo from this company and then I was told by my colleague that Wimpole Pharmacy is not one of HA-Derma's approved pharmacies so I wonder how I could make sure the product is genuine? Problem resolved!! It is genuine product! 5 stars! Thank you! will come back

I did not receive my parcel, couldn’t contact them, nobody pick up the phone or answer email. Very poor customer service. UPDATE: after all struggles I was refunded by pharmacy. TIP: WhatsApp is the best way to communicate with them.

Easy to order, dispatch very quickly. My only recommendation would be to mark the delivery boxes as Fragile- as the box was crushed in the DPD van- luckily the products were ok. Great value too!
