Sent to some sunset freesias to a dear friend and they were so beautiful. A week later still looking stunning! Will definitely use again!!!

My absolute go to company for fabulous, different and stylish flowers on both sides of the Atlantic. All my recipients have been thrilled and if ever there has been an issue it is dealt with friendly and efficient service. The team are an absolute delight to deal with on the phone.

IN LOVE ! I ordered 10 stems of the Pink Chiffon Lisianthus and they were just the most stunningly delicate bouquet! Came with food and a great little pocket care guide. On arrival it was already really full but more and more gorgeous blooms opened up and it lasted 1.5 weeks before starting to look a little tired! I just clipped off some of the older blooms and got a solid 2 weeks out of it! Fabulous quality! Thank you FLOWERBX!!! Going to treat myself to some periwinkle delphiniums next. Can’t wait.

£100 for flower delivery. They missed their promised delivery date. Don’t answer the phone number for customer service. Takes them hours to respond to emails. Don’t bother. Too many other choices for flower delivery in London. They are pretending to be a high end florist by charging high prices but service isn’t there.

So so sad. I ordered a beautiful magnolia leaf wreath thinking it’ll be as beautiful as the flowers I’ve ordered in the past. WRONG. The leaves were filthy dirty and many of the leaves were torn. The wreath wasn’t secured in the box which didn’t help as the box was completely mangled. I won’t order again. Not worth it.

When I found FlowerBX I was excited, as I found the offerings and look of the site to be wonderful. While I also had great service throughout the process, the flowers that arrived were unfortunately limp to the point of being on their way out and I was unable to revive them. I don't think any amount of curation and service can make up for lackluster quality - as much as I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt I would be very hesitant to order from FlowerBX again.

Everything was great, except the colour of the flowers I ordered. It meant to be purple roses, but eventually it was pink roses instead.
