Flowers for a new mum. The orchids were not the standard required by Flowerbx, so customer service substituted lovely roses. Flowerbx kept me informed by email and I’m glad they sent a sensible alternative.

Purchased as a gift— was told that the quality of flowers (dahlias) were amazing, and arrived promptly, lots of communications so it is fully transparent when the flowers are dispatched and when they arrive. Great selection, easy ordering, good delivery.

I placed two orders for collection. the flowers were the same with one order in a vase. i had also emailed the orders along with the messages that needed to go with each order. it was later i found out that the messages were swapped which is very embarrassing. I actually had to call the recipients and apologize to them.
