Ordered last March 2 online just a box of nitrile gloves to be delivered in Lloydspharma Antwerpen central Station. I went there 2 times already, and they just told me, it's not their fault if they cannot give what they don't have in store. Wow! What an explanation. Why is it available online then? Until to this day 19 March, 2024 I haven't received my order and my money back.

Ik werk op het Centraal Station en ik ben al jarenlang klant bij hen. Onlangs stond ik op het punt om te hyperventileren en vroeg ik om mijn inhalator. Maandag zal ik hen het recept brengen. Ze reageerden echter heel onbeleefd en arrogant door te zeggen: "Ik zie jou niet hyperventileren. Wat heb je?" Ze hebben zelfs geen moeite gedaan om te helpen. Het is jammer dat je zoiets moet meemaken in een apotheek, vooral als je op zoek bent naar Ventoline. Ik raad aan om ergens anders naartoe te gaan, de volgende apotheek kon me wel helpen.
