Amazing packaging and very quick delivery !

At the start of 2021 I bought a pair of Mallet Trainers for £175. Due to us being in lockdown I haven’t been able to wear them a lot. I’ve worn them a total of 3 times. First time just around the house, the second 2 times when I went out for a walk for about 20 minutes. But the third time I put them on, I tied my lace like I usually do on every other shoe. But the lace just torn through the leather. I’d attach photos but I don’t think you can do that on here. But I wasn’t happy because I didn’t even pull my lace strong to make it rip. I’ve had the shoes for about 3 months and I thought they won’t accept a return or replacement. But I emailed customer service (helped by Emily Holbrook, very formal and kind) and with no bother I’ve got my replacement sent to me. I couldn’t be any happier. Just with the material of the ‘Archway 2.0 Mono Leather Trainers’ you’ve got to be careful. But other than that, the trainers are very smart.
