The installation process was seamless. The team was punctual,professional , and incredibly respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, and we were amazed at how quickly everything was up and running. A standard moment was during a routine maintenance visit. We had a minor issue with the lift door making a slight noise. Not only did the technician fix it promptly,but he also took the time to explain what had caused the noise and how to prevent it in the future. This level of thoroughness and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly rare. The lift itself is fantastic -quite, smooth,and aesthetically pleasing. It has greatly improved accessibility for our entire family, especially for my husband who has recently had surgery.

I have quite a few friends who have elevators, and when I ended up needing one because pf my knees, I honestly thought of selling the house af moving to one-story apartment. Too many stories of companies disappearing, inexistant support, and crazy repair and maintenance bills. But with Cibes, I found something different. They mostly use fully-owned subsidiaries, and you can feel the difference in the service. They aren't looking to make a quick buck but really try to find the right solution to make us users satisfied. They constantly go above and beyond. During installation I mentioned I was worried about my grandchildren using the lift - and during handover I discovered they had installed child locks, for free! Wonderful Company, I would recommend twice if I could.

We did our research for a long time. We were worried about the extensive civil works as we had not planned for a lift in our home. Of all the brands, the Cibes salesperson is the one who took the time to really explain everything and how their technology didn't require a pit or a machine room. In the end we opted to install it in the middle of stairs, and even splurged on a high-end Aurora model because it matched our home decor. Installation was super smooth and I love how the maintainance is only once per year. Truly a perfect home lift.

Sadly my lift jammed tonight and the local contracted maintenence team (supposedly a 24/7 service) was only going to send a recovery team the next working day - nearly 12hrs later! This was, according to their service protocol non-urgent because no one was trapped inside. This was despite explaining important personal work laptops and travel luggage was trapped within and needed urgent recovery. This breakdown occurs within 5 years after installation. My lift has been plagued with technical issues requiring replacement of a) a faulty printed circuit board (costing $2k) 6mths ago b) a new battery after battery failure ($1k) about a year ago. ... on top of paid quarterly maintenance checks Would not recommend Cibes if it only lasts 4-5 years, especially with my 90+yr mother using it. PS: Recovery technician eventually came within 1hr after forceful insistence of the non-human urgency but was unable to identify the fault. I've got a real lemon.

This might be one of the best lift that i’ve ever tried and i feel so lucky to have it since the style of the lift is surprisingly blended with my house’s interior design as i love my interior that i have to be picky to choose the right lift for my house! also, its truly comfortable to use🤩 Thank you so much for bringing the lift to my house!

Probably the best Home lift Manufacturer in the whole world! Sales process was smooth and informative, all details were explained properly and the showroom experience was fantastic. Delivery and installation were on time, very professional staff and clean installation process despite all difficulties that might be anticipated for an outdoor installation. From the first sight, it is obvious that the quality of Cibes lift supersedes any other types of lifts supported with loads of safety features and attention to details. Having the option of full panoramic view is amazing and this was my best choice !

Bought this lift for my mom, just installed perfectly fit in the middle of staircase, the lift expert very helpful and gave the best recommendation, after sales team very cooperative. At first , was looking for ready stock lift but eventually, it's worth the wait.

I think Cibes really understands me as a person who sees myself as having a (self-proclaimed) mini OCD. I speak details and they sing it! I acknowledge that I'm not the easiest client to convince, but I have to applaud their consultants. It felt like they know not only their products but also other brands AND other lifts and elevators that have different technologies than theirs. As an annoying client, I ask a lot of questions. Because I'm buying this for my mum who just got a surgery couple of months back. So safety is my #1 concern. Their safety features were well thought out. Even the detail of button placement on their lift is exactly at my mum's wheelchair height. So it's easy to reach for her. And gosh, the painted rivetsss. I do realize that most of the platform lifts I saw on the market don't paint their rivets. Resulting in a "chicken pox" look. Whilst Cibes makes it the same with the shaft's colour. Giving 4 stars just because their price is actually the highest in the market. If I had more budget, I would go for their premium models. But I am quite happy with my Cibes Air model. Really a price for value.

Got the elevator for my parents 3 years ago, very happy with its design and quality. Made their life much easier getting to the top floor. Communication with after sales and provided maintenance are also superb! Highly recommend!
