A great find, thoroughly recommended by me!
Having fallen foul with previous hosts on a few occasions I was rather apprehensive when I needed support with a few issues - but I needn't have worried, the support with Zfast is excellent, always polite, knowledgeable and happy to help well into the night and early in the morning. I can't recommend them highly enough and I'm glad I found them when I did. Thank you Zfast, keep up the good work! A big thumbs up from me.
So there is a lot of advertising
So there is a lot of advertising, promotion about web hosting offers. I experienced a lot of service with often disappointments. Reseller "Web Hosting Manager", located in Africa specially in the DR-Congo, soon I will total 1 year using the services of ZFAST. They are very professional, and their support is very fast. This, reassures more. I advise to test and use their service without hesitation. Marcel KAZADI
Good when it's working...
When the service is working it's a great experience. As soon as something happens to the stream that can't be resolved by a restart is when you see issues. It took a week talking with support to finally have my stream back up and working.

Reseller account - excellent overall, a few small niggles
I have been using zFast for reseller web hosting for a reasonably short amount of time and I have been impressed all around. Server uptime seems good and latency is consistently low, with websites always loading quickly. WHM and cPanel both work well, and zFast offers reasonably-priced WHMCS licenses starting from £9.99pm. The reseller offering is very reasonably priced. The support service is generally very good - all of the minor issues I've had so far have been resolved in just one response. However, the response time is a bit greater than I have had from bast web hosts (typically 1hr30 from opening to response). I appreciate the human touch to responses, rather than overusing canned responses. Both reseller and cloud hosting are fully-featured with cPanel, Softaculous App Installer, SEO Tools, Site Pro Website Builder and CloudLinux Security. I am confident offering a web hosting service to my customers knowing that they can take full advantage of these features. I'm very pleased that they offer 2FA using Google Authenticator or equivalent (e.g. Authy, Duo etc.) for both WHM/cPanel and their own client area. There are a few things that zFast could improve, but these are mostly minor niggles. The reseller hosting is not provisioned automatically, though I assume this is a fraud-prevention measure. It would help to explain this on the order page, since I was confused why it wasn't being automatically provisioned and so opened a ticket. Overall, a very good service. Thank you! 👍

Sad and Disappointed :(
I hosted my website with zfast on their business hosting package (I have proof of this if needed!). My website was on their sever for 6 months of the one year I paid for, but I couldn't stay with them because of the reasons below: 1- The website uses WordPress script and one of the backup scripts installed on the website creates backup of the website regularly and store these backups under the website root folder for security purpose. I have noticed on several occasions that the backups were deleted and whenever I manually create a backup it gets deleted within hours. I must admit it did make me unhappy as I never experience this with any other web host I hosted the website with. 2- This month I was getting emails from customers complaining about downloading my software. When I went to investigate, I noticed that all zip files where deleted from the software folder under public_html. I was shocked to see this. I opened a ticked with their support team and asked them to fix this issue as I did figure that they could be running a script to delete files. I was told that yes they use a script to delete files and they have the right to do so as per their terms and conditions. The website I run is for professional engineers and the files I have are software files for designing engineering equipment, I don't believe by any means that I have breached any terms. Luckily I have stored backup of the website and managed to restore the missing files but I then came to a decision that they are not suitable for business websites that has software. I did't have any apologies from them for deleting my files and was very disappointed to be treated this way. If you have a business website and do have products or product catalogs that you zip and store on your website for your customers then be cautions as they run a script to delete files from your account. ---------------------------- Update: I was contacted today by Lee from zfast, and it was explained to me that I was breaching the their terms and conditions with regards to having a backup of the website on their server and also breached section "7.8 Data warehousing (or similar)" of the terms of service. While I do disagree with this because my software is practically offered to customers on a trial before you buy as a commercial product it constitute a crucial part of my business and it would have been a good practice from zfast to contact me before removing any files. While I do now understand that zfast doesn't want any website backup stored on their server as they do have their own backups, I had to cancel my hosting service with them after removing my software and causing issues to my customers without resolving my concerns initially raised in the ticket I opened. They said that I am in the wrong as I breached their terms of service, I can only say sorry for running a business website!
