zFast provide an excellent service and support. Highly recommended.

zFast has been 100% true to their word with up times and customer support. I run a very successful radio station that needed a reliable company to stream with. After using many other streaming companies before that have failed beyond belief, I came across zFast and have never looked back. Been with them now for about 2 years and can honestly say I have never had any problems what so ever, just a slight couple of technical ones nothing serious, which were resolved within the hour. How refreshing to have a company deliver exactly that they say and that in itself puts zFast way ahead of the rest. I would not hesitate to recommend zFast to anyone that needs a reliable service, from web hosting to streaming your own internet radio station and more. 10/10 all round for zFast.

zFast has supplied our local radio station with cost-effective and totally reliable streaming services since we signed up 18 months ago. As well as providing a reliable service, they have been very responsive and helpful with any technical inquiries.

I promised a second review after an extended period of time. It has been almost three years and I am still a very happy customer. That is not to say things have never gone wrong, I made some mistakes, Zfast have always saved the day, always helpful and willing to share good advice. I can depend on Zfast, but more importantly our own customers can depend on the web services we provide.

Their website's Q & As suggest that your account will be set up 5 minutes after funds received. I paid by PayPal, had a payment confirmation from zFast to say payment received and here I am 2.5 hours later and no account to use. "If the account hasn't been set up within 5 minutes, send us a ticket and we'll get it sorted"...well, I'm still waiting. UPDATE Precisely 1 minute after writing this review my account was activated. All is good so far.
