I ordered a pair of Tackle underwear for my birthday. Ordered plenty in advance of the day, but my package was sent an address in a different country. When i pointed this out they did nothing to try and make this issue right and fed me an excuse about an issue with the address. When the message they sent me with the tracking # had the correct address on it. At least they said they were sending me a refund!

Delivery time was good. Prices is cheaper than other brands without compromising the quality.

I like the material and fit. The material is soft and breathable. The fit hugs the legs and buttocks. The pouch is nicely contoured and freely supports the boys but lets them hang loose. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the length needs to be around 1.5 inches more to prevent the briefs from riding up my legs. I have thicker thighs; when I squat or sit, they tend to right up closer to the crotch. I find myself having to pull them down during the day.
