Extra freight Costs on Purchased a bin lifter

Purchased a bin lifter, it had advertised free delivery. on purchasing was then told that item has extra delivery cost (if you know this, then put the cost on the items published cost) don't reveal it After the purchase.

Orders that are confirmed verbally in…

Orders that are confirmed verbally in stock over the telephone and states stock available online and then immediately paid online store. I am then called 3 hours later from Reflex Equip to be told the items were sold and allocated elsewhere after I had ordered and paid.

Careful Freight NOT included

The online experience NOT great. I was charged freight on an item which throughout the entire sale, even up until goods were paid for, was listed as FREE freight. It was only the fact, another email was sent to me stating an extra $170 was needed for freight. After emails back and forward to REXEL with screen shots of what I could see as a client, I was made to pay for freight.

new payment process required for freight

You need to update your online store to include taking payment for freight in the transaction. Having to do it by phone after the sale is not ideal.
