Be extremely careful. The agents are very aggressive and pushy. They can talk to you for hours to convince you to put your money. On the other hand they will keep you in the dark about certain things. Do not believe in everything they say. FX Novus is not a safe place to invest your money! You better keep it in your bank account. They have a very good tactic. They will call you when your balance is getting low and when you are about to lose everything, they will take advantage of this situation to convince you to put in more money to save your trades but what you do not know is that their swaps are getting bigger. This is how they get your money! They will lure you to put more money in, that you will likely lose in the end with their HUGE FEES. Be careful especially if you are a beginner or an inexperienced trader they will take advantage. They are desperate for your money! It is definitely a SCAM!

Fxnovus is safe to hold your funds. I have deposited under withdrawal profits many times with them. Of course no broker is perfect but i feel in a good place here and that is what matters. Not necessarily if spreads are the lowest.

Die Leistungen von FXNovus entsprechen nicht dem, was in der Werbung versprochen wird. Nachdem ich mich bei der Firma Bitcoin Synergy registriert und € 250 bezahlt hatte, wurde ich an FXNovus weitergereicht. Dort wurde behauptet, ich habe noch nichts einbezahlt, ich solle doch gleich mal etwas überweisen ... . Das App von dem gesprochen wird, existiert nicht. Ausserdem sind CFD's extrem aggressive Finanz-Instrumente. Wenn es möglich wäre, das so ganz nebenbei zu erlernen, wären alle reich. Achtung vor dieser Firma! Ich habe es leider erst nach der Einzahlung von €250 gemerkt. Fazit: - €250 abgeschrieben - Kreiditkarte gesperrt - Warnung auf trustpilot.com Wenn ich mein Geld zurückmöchte, müsste ich zuerst eine Passkopie senden. Dann bleibe ich lieber bei den € 300 Schaden für Einzahlung, neue Kreditkarte und Umstände. Bräuchte ich auch noch einen neuen Pass, müsste ich ihn erst bei der Polizei als gestohlen melden.

Definitely a scam. Decided to withdraw the initial funds of USD 250 and they kept calling, funds still not withdrawn even after 3 working days. They will keep calling you using multiple different numbers and they didn’t even bother to wait for you to answer the call. Just kept calling and receiving missed spam calls without ringing. I’ve received more than 30 spam calls in a span of 3 working days. Based on the reviews here, the customer service informed to write in to get assistance. What a joke, I’ve written in via email but no reply. Please stay away.

I have also submitted the request to delete my account [trading account: 82321] 5 days ago and there is no update. Contacted your support team via email and also no update. But instead your side kept spam calling me every single day. Please stop calling me!! I just want my account to be deleted as I no longer want to use it anymore. Stop being so extremely pushy and persistant! Any update regarding my request, just reach out to me via email. Don't call me again with multiple different numbers as I do not want to waste my time listening to the account manager pushing me to use Fxnovus again. Thanks
