Very timely delivery. We ordered a hamper as a gift and it actually arrived early which was great as it meant they had it in time for the weekend. Very easy to order and the process was very quick and efficient.

The hamper I ordered was damaged when it arrived. One of the items was open and had spilt all over the hamper and other items. I have tried to contact handmade hamper, both on the phone and via email numerous times, and still haven’t had a response. The hamper was a valentines present for my partner, and wasn’t a cheap gift. It’s now ruined and I have no gift to give. Extremely poor customer service. And will be applying to my bank to refund the money as the gift is ruined.

I decided to get my solicitor a thank you gift after a very long process of seeking my flat and figured a hamper of goodies would do the trick. It was easy to order and delivery was very quick. I forgot to tell her to expect something so I got a call from a very excited lady. Cheers.
