The hamper would appear to have been delivered as committed to and enjoyed by the recipients! The website was easy to navigate and payment was simple. Handmade Hampers gave us great service. The hamper we ordered was a gift and, because the recipients live in (very) rural Scotland, HH advised us that they couldn't guarantee sufficiently rapid delivery to ensure that perishable items would be safe. We were able easily to swap contents so that everything in the hamper was safe at an ambient temperature. Communication was quick and simple. Feedback from the recipients indicates that the contents are interesting and delicious, so we are very happy with our purchase.
