After ordering my sandals was not sure I had ordered the cour I intended. Tom was so helpful emaing me the different cours they had on stock. O spoke to Tom to advice the correct cour and he dispatched the damsels straightway and I received them the following day. So nice to be able to speak to someone. Would not hesitate ordering from them again

I had been trying to find these specific shoes and nowhere seemed to have them in black colour in my size. Finally found them on Westwood. Even better there was a promotion offering £10 off. And delivery was free. Shoes arrived about 4 days after I ordered them, which is fine. Just as I expected.
