Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, my dad was looking for a pair of soft leather mules as shoes and/or slippers. Found the 'Jos' ones here, ordered his size, paid express delivery and voila! They arrived in double quick time, shoes were fabulous, size was 100% accurate and he was thrilled to bits with his birthday present. I ordered some Reiker Clara sandals from Westwoods which arrived postage free the very next day, at no extra cost. The correct shoes were delivered in pristine condition. I kept the shoes , which were so comfy I don't want to take them off. If I hadn't kept them the information sent with the shoes for returns was clear and appeared simple to do. I would definately shop with this supplier again.

I ordered a pair of reiker shoes on the Monday and they were delivered, free of charge, the day after. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. There was also a freepost label in the box to return them if needed, but as always with reiker the quality and comfort is excellent and they fitted perfectly.

So impressed with the service from this company, I have been trying to get these as a present for my husband for ages!! He has had some before and they wear so well would not consider buying anything else!! They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I was a little dubious buying online but the service was great and have a happy husband with new slippers!! Definitely recommend.
