Quick and honest service made easy will always use them

Having used Test4Less for my previous calibration I decided to use them again as I was quite happy last time. As before, the meter was picked up as promised. Three or four days later it was returned all calibrated. It would be nice to know that it had been dispatched, All was well until I found one of the crocodile clips missing, can't be 100% sure Test4Less misplaced it though. After 2-3 times of use the battery low warning started to flash. I would have thought for the price it would be standard practice to replace the batteries at calibration. Previous companies always have. So to conclude, good service but would probably look elsewhere for my next calibration. Instrument is a Fluke 1652 multifunction meter
