Flooring projects were great from start to finish. The quote was good; the time schedule went to plan and the fitters were absolutely spot on and professional. The floor is amazing - wish we had used them for our other room which has exactly the same LVT Herringbone floor, instead of Carpet Creation, Poynton who we were very disappointed with.

The initial experience was very good, and the fitting was efficient and effective. Although very happy with the flooring, we were not consulted about the threshold plates to be used between rooms. A manager visited, and also looked at one damaged tile; this, and the threshold plates would be replaced very soon, we were assured. However, we have had no further contact with the company at all for thirteen months.
