Thanks to NGT IAcademy I completed my FSNA in 3 months I don't know if that's a good thing or not but if it wasn't for the support staff and the community resources available to students which were exceptional, I don't think I would be able to compete in my opinion a short period. not to mention I work two jobs 9-5 pm and 6 pm-10 pm every day. except Saturdays and Sundays THE SUPPORT STAFF Thank your David Valez, Brittany Digiulio, Robin Stoehr, and Jacob Hess

The instructors and mentors are all amazing and knowledgeable. The coursework is practical and can be transferred to real-life work easily. Help is just an email or text away, and response time is reasonable. There's usually availability for video calls readily available for those more complex situations.

Often questions on quizzes and tests are not exactly or 100% what was covered in the classes or how they were explained in the classes. Also many times things spoke about in the classes assume that you have knowledge on some topics that have not been covered, so I find I have had to do a lot of pausing and searching online for clarification of what things mean since I want to keep going and getting a reply on the discussion sometimes takes a day or two.

I've learned more from NGT Academy than college and coursera combined.These instructors have dignified credibility and the learning contents are of high quality so there's no need for doubt.Take action now and be the next certified "Network Engineer" so that you can change your life.Thank You! The hands on training definitely put the things I learned into perspective. Certifications alone would not have given me the hands on experience needed.

Chrystel was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She provided above and beyond assistance so I was able to effectively complete my tasks. Anyone who is fortunate enough to have her assistance I have no doubt will come away from it with an exceptional experience!

I completed both FSNA & FSNP, & Jacob Hess did a brilliant job both in the videos and as an instructor. At one time, I had my doubts about online lessons, but this particular one was brilliantly executed I'm currently working w/ the Career Success team on finding a job, and once I'm settled, plan to resume the lessons on either NCSA or CCNA, depending on the opportunity landscape

Very good program. The classes are very informative along with the study group which are recorded in case you miss them. It's all up to you to be successful.
