Almost 2 months of waiting

I had to wait for almost 2 months for my friends box to be delivered. I had to chase it up twice, and both times had to wait days for a reply. once the box finally arrived, it wasn't value for money or worth the wait. I won't be ordering from this company again

Poor Service.

Placed an order in December.. didn't get it till March. Chased and chased and chased my own tail for delivery. Would not use again.

You dont get value for money and…

You dont get value for money and delivery time took weeks. In order to get a refund, I have to pack it all back up and pay to send it back and go to the trouble of getting it to the post which I dont have the time for at the moment due to certain circumstances so I expect I will be loosing money. Customer service wasn't very helpful either, had better service elsewhere.

humdrum.

Waiting over a month with a 2-3 wait for an update even after an email enquiry. Passed from pillar to post - the box wasn’t even worth the wait, however, that’s my opinion. Customer service was lacking therefore I will not be spending any more money with the company in future.

Terrible Communication & sub-standard products.

Continuously delayed dispatch of order. I emailed them twice and both have still been ignored. They only seem to reply via Facebook. I must have been given five different "promises" of when my order would be dispatched until it finally got sent out for delivery. Even then however, their website states "Delivery 1-2 days from dispatch", yet I had to wait 3 days and they didn't even see it as an issue. When I received my order I also wasn't impressed. 4 low quality items, two of which I can buy for next to nothing on Amazon. They do offer returns, however with the effort it took to originally receive my order I would rather be out of pocket than put myself through the stress again!! Avoid this place if at all possible!!

The bundle itself was really good with…

The bundle itself was really good with a few nice surprises, the only downside was it took longer than planned to arrive

I was really excited for this box

I was really excited for this box, kept it as ots more coat effecrive than returning it, big promises of tshirts and hoodies on thr description only to be left with coasters half peeling off and mugs etc. Wouldn't buy one again but hey ho you win some you lose some

Was late

Was late What was in the box did not match the cost Was told as it was late I would get a gift worth £10 wich did not arrive so over all not happy an would not tell friends to get it

Wrong item sent, rubbish communication

I have emailed purple donkey about a query as the contents of my mystery box were wrong but no contact was made back to me
