Very reliable
Amazing, no complaints. Have used it several times too load PayPal balance and they usually get everything done instantly, but even when there are some technical issues, they are responsive. I was very skeptical at first so I only ordered the minimum price as a test but was happy when I saw that it got done really soon. Will be using Nepcent as my main way to load PayPal balance since they are cheaper than any other nepali website I found
