Service - I received my order but for 4 Weekend have tried with calls and email to get a return. I ordered a tall Kleenex box but instead ordered a horizontal which looks better. I cannot get any service for the return of the taller one. It’s new never used!

The products are great, but the shipping experience could be better. There was no way to visualize shipping options or shipping time before make the order, it was possible until I made the order and I then, there was no more option than wait until the shipping process started.

This company carries well-made luxury bath products. This hook reflected excellent quality and design, but our shower door was too thick for it to work. I had to return it, but the return was easy and I received the credit back on my credit card account quickly.

The product is outstanding however, the time it took to get it here is basically outrageous!
