Shelves were delivered quickly, well packaged with clear instructions. They are well made and are easy to assemble with only a rubber mallet as promised.

Order delivered damaged but quickly corrected with no hassle. Racking assembled easily and does the job.

Box condition was a little battered, almost torn open ant one end and about half the shelves had damaged corners.

Great experience buying my shelving unit from Tufferman. They delivered next day even though I hadn’t paid for express delivery. The shelves arrived in good condition and I easily assembled them by myself. I ordered a 600kg per shelf unit and it seems very sturdy now loaded with various garage tools and equipment. Would definitely recommend and purchase from Tufferman again.

Great products and really easy to setup. Let down slightly as paid for next day delivery, which didn’t happen. One item was missing from the order, but we managed to dig out another mallet. Customer services were good tho and refunded the item and the postage costs without question.
