easy to order. fast delivery. unfortunately took longer for husband to get the shelving up and using.

Metal framework thin shelving poor. I would not buy from this company again. Sorry to be so hard

It took 3 deliveries and hours of my time with unhelpful customer service. The initial delivery was missing multiple items from my order which meant I had to cancel pre-arranged workmen to construct the shelving. On raising this with customer services, I was made to photograph and itemise every item I had received which took a long time only to find that the second delivery was then also missing items. I found the customer service I received very poor - I had to ask for compensation for all the substantial inconvenience and was offered a refund of the delivery fee which was unacceptable.

The description of the product was very exact particularly the comment how much weight it could carry was the deciding point to buy

Bought the 1800 wide x 450 deep unit to go in my garden room. I liked the wide shelves as it provides a continuous shelf when you have wide boxes to shelve. Went together well but the intermediate supports below the shelves were a little tricky to fit. Overall very happy.

Arrived faster than expected. Very pleased with the boxes.

Delivery very quick- the day after my order. Quality product. No surprises- these I often get when ordering off the Internet!
