Fast and good service very fast delivery

They are very slow sending an order, but other than that, not to bad.

Zero Feedback after sending an Antminer in for repairs after a week, i have sent an email and still no feedback. I also had to pay upfront before sending it.

Easy to purchase and ship with Bitmart. Their telephonic support was also fast and friendly.

I was a little worried about getting a used GPU, but the price was too great to not take a chance. The GPU looked as good as new and is running perfectly. I'm encouraging all my friends to grab one while available. I had a frustrating experience with the expensive Courier used, tracking is not very detailed and after the parcel was rescheduled for the following day, was not loaded into the vehicle for whatever reason. After about 10 phone call attempts and no follow up I did manage to speak to the ops manage which was helpful and made sure I got the parcel that evening. Overall I would still buy from Bitmart again.
