Sunset Car Rentals were a marvelous company to rent a car from. pick up was quick and return too airport was a breeze. our car was what we ordered and very happy.

A really helpful friendly team with excellent customer service. We needed a car at the last minute and none were available online. Andrew came through with the goods in the end and offered us a better deal than the online quotes. Drop off at the airport depot was so handy and really quick! Thank you for a most wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back next time!

Overall the experience was positive. Rented a Tucson in Perth and the condition was good. The reason for not 5 stars was that I had thought that the car will be collected at the airport as mentioned in email and also the confirmation. Turns out a guy picked us up from airport to ferry us to their nearby office to pick up. There is no fee charged for the airport transfer though and the process was rather smooth which had salvaged the miscommunication
